Dragons are such majestic creatures that bring out the imagination of everyone. I am enjoying these short stories from the Woodland Creek Series. In this story a black Dragon is intent on making Nyna his life partner, when suddenly her ex Kara shows back up. Kara has been held captive for over a year to keep the secret she knows from coming out.
The story follows these three through their adventure of finding the one responsible for the murder of Nyna's father and their struggle to prove it while staying safe. We also watch as Cayden comes to realize he wants both of them as his life partners. Which is a good thing since Kara tells him they are a package deal.
Cute short story I'm rating in at three stars.
