My Review
First off I must start by saying Scarlett Dawn has offically cemented herself as my all time favorite author. Not only does she always seem to grab my attention from page one, she gives me characters I can relate to and that I want to see succeed, fail, love or hurt.
I am not very good with words, so I will try to say all this without giving away too much of this fabulous book!
This book is about a klutzy but lovable bad-ass who I couldn't get enough of! I laughed so hard during certain parts of her story I had tears....seriously..tears running down my face. I was pulled into her story from the very beginning and was angry along with her at her father who I thought was being an asshole and I cheered her along during her meeting of a certain GORGEOUS specimen that lead to a RIDICULOUSLY HOT SCENE!!!
Scarlett is a pro of giving just enough details to keep someone on the edge of their seat and form all kinds of questions and theories about all kinds of things going on in her stories. She is one of the only authors I have read, re-read, and re-re-read again and again and again, and STILL find NEW things I may have missed each time I read it. She leaves little bread crumbs that make you go WHAT!!!! LOL!! Then you will think you know what is coming and you are left gasping as it turns out you were sooo wrong.
These new characters in this new world of hers are just what I needed to get a quick hit of the addiction I have formed for her books. I always seem to have favorites that I become infatuated with and this new series is no exception to that....I have an all time favorite that I fell hard for and he makes my heart hurt for him. I cannot wait to see what is next for him.
I saw someone say once on her Facebook page they wished they could kidnap her and make her write stories for them everyday lol well SO DO I!!! I am left again, waiting anxiously for the next book to get a glimpse at my favorite new people and their quirky attitudes lol.

My Review
Oh man, this one did something to me... For one, and this is normal with this author, I couldn't put the book down and inhaled it as soon as I got it. Two.. The excitement I felt in the beginning led to anticipation and fear for everyone dealing with these really bad guys. I swear I aged a bit during that "undercover" act. I still love seeing all the past characters and seeing how their lives are going. I wish there was more about sweet Wyatt though. Overall an amazing book!

So some folks want to know a little more about me then I had in the previous bio, so I’m added and deleting info. This part hasn’t change about me. I am what I am, a tell it like it is, no holds barred female. No apologizes out of me. So don’t ask a question you don’t want a real answer too. With my first book under me belt I can’t say this is my first time at writing anymore. However, editing is still not my strong suit. Apparently I have coma issue. Being an Indie writer you can’t always afford all the editing, proofreading and all that other stuff. The story is still churning in my brain and making its way to paper. And yes still thanks to my wonderful daughter. So here is a little more about me. I’m married to my soul mate. He has supported me through all this and has become one hell of a salesman. We have a 4 legged child that lives with us here in South Carolina. We have one daughter who has been my rock, editor, beta reader and everything else you can think of. We also have a wonder son-in-law and a grandson. So if you are wondering, yes I’m getting up there in the age arena, but still in my teens in my heart. I have always been into fantasy stories. I started down that path way back when with writers like Terry Brooks, Robert Jordan, Tracy Hickman and Margaret Weis. At some point life got in the way and I stopped reading for years. Then my daughter hooked me into wonderful authors like JR Ward, Larissa Ione, Kendall Grey and SL Jennings, just to mention a few. If you want to be seduced, I highly recommend reading their books. I’m not writing my books for the money, well it does help, but I’m doing to prove to myself I can. My hope is still that you, as readers, will fall in love with my band and follow their struggles, heartache and passion.

Anne Malcom has been an avid reader since before she can remember, her mother responsible for her book addiction. It started with magical journeys into the world of Hogwarts and Middle Earth; then as she grew up her reading tastes grew with her. Her obsession with books and romance novels in particular gave Anne the opportunity to find another passion, writing. Finding writing about alpha males and happily ever afters more fun than reading about them, Anne is not about to stop any time soon.
Raised in small town New Zealand, Anne had a truly special childhood, growing up in one of the most beautiful countries in the world.
